Our Blue Swedish ducks have started laying again after their winter rest period. As large as 2 large chicken eggs they are great for cooking cakes and pastries; delicious rich omelettes, or just fried or boiled.
Our 3 acre garden is just south of Little Rock near the Willow Springs Water Park. We sell at the Certified Arkansas Farmers Market, 520 Main St. NLR. from April until November. In the off season we sell on-line as above.
